     FAQs

Is it comfortable to sit on all day?

Absolutely. It’s padded and covered in soft velvet, so it feels like an extra cushion on your chair. Your seat gets softer and warmer at the same time.

Will it actually get hot, or just lukewarm?

It gets properly warm. The heat goes straight into your seat and back instead of the room, and you can turn it up or down to the level you like, from gentle warmth to toasty.

Is it safe to leave on while I work all day?

Yes. A built-in thermostat keeps the temperature steady and stops it from overheating, so you can switch it on in the morning and forget about it while you work.

    Which size should I choose?

Seat + Back covers your back and legs, so it’s the one to choose if you feel the cold in your lower back. Seat Only is for keeping your legs and seat warm, or for chairs with a small backrest. Both have an elastic strap that wraps around the chair so the cushion stays in place.

    Which plug do I need?

Pick the plug for the country where you’ll use it: USA (120V), UK, AUS or EU. Each version is built for that country’s outlets, so it plugs straight into the wall with no adapter.

    Can I wash it?

Yes. Just unplug it first and follow the care instructions included with your cushion, so it stays soft and fresh all winter long.

    Can't focus when you're freezing?

When your back and legs are cold, your whole body tenses up. You hunch over, rub your hands, and watch the clock instead of getting things done. Every winter, cold offices and drafty home desks quietly steal hours of your focus.

Cranking up the heater isn't the fix

A Cornell University study found office workers made 44% fewer typing errors when they were warm instead of cold. But space heaters burn through your electric bill and only heat the room, never your back. And piling on layers just leaves you stiff and stuck in a hoodie all day.

    Warmth exactly where you sit

With HeatHaven, the heat goes straight into your back and legs through a soft padded cushion, not into the empty room. Pick your heat level, slip the elastic strap over your chair, and it stays put all day while you work warm and focused.

"My office is ALWAYS freezing, especially in the mornings. I used to keep a blanket under my desk, but this is so much easier. I turn it on when I get to work and honestly forget how cold the office is."

"One of my coworkers recommended this and I'm so glad she did. I sit at my desk for about 9 hours a day and it makes such a difference. Now two other girls in my office want one too lol."

"I work from home and try not to run the heating all day just for myself. Got this for my desk chair and it's been great so far. Really comfortable, heats up quickly and doesn't take up any extra space."
